Our Services
Logical Gecko provides the following digital marketing services:

- Google Merchant Center setup and compliance support
- Conversion tracking implementation
- Performance reporting and analytics
- Strategic consulting and account audits
Service Delivery: We commit to managing your campaigns with industry best practices. However, we cannot guarantee specific results as advertising performance depends on numerous factors including market conditions, competition, product quality, and budget allocation.
Platform Policies: All campaigns are subject to Google's advertising policies. We are not responsible for account suspensions, ad disapprovals, or policy violations that may occur due to client-provided content or products.
SMS/Text Message Communications
By opting in to our SMS program through any of our website forms, you agree to the following terms regarding text message communications from Logical Gecko:
Consent & Opt-In:
- By checking the SMS consent box and providing your phone number, you expressly consent to receive text messages from Logical Gecko
- Consent is not required as a condition of purchasing any service
- You must be 18 years or older to opt in to our SMS program
Types of Messages:
- Inquiry follow-ups and service consultations
- Appointment reminders and confirmations
- Account status updates and campaign notifications
- Service-related announcements
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 10 messages per month depending on your service engagement and communications.
Costs: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your text messaging plan. Logical Gecko does not charge for text messages, but standard carrier rates apply.
Opt-Out: You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message received from Logical Gecko. Upon opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message. No further messages will be sent unless you re-subscribe.
Help: For help or questions about our SMS program, reply HELP to any message or contact us via WhatsApp.
Phone Numbers: Text messages from Logical Gecko may be sent from various phone numbers, including numbers from our messaging provider's number pool. The sending number may vary between messages.
Privacy: Your phone number and SMS consent data will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
Carrier Disclaimer: Carriers (including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and others) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Payment Terms
Billing:
- Invoices are issued monthly at the beginning of each billing cycle
- Payment is due within 7 days of invoice date
- Late payments may result in service suspension
Refund Policy:
Management fees are non-refundable once services have been rendered. Ad spend paid directly to Google is subject to Google's refund policies.
Client Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information about your business, products, and services
- Grant necessary access to Google Ads, Merchant Center, and related accounts
- Respond to requests for information or approvals in a timely manner
- Maintain compliance with all applicable laws and Google's advertising policies
- Ensure your website and products meet Google's requirements
- Notify us promptly of any changes that may affect campaigns
- Maintain adequate ad spend budget as agreed upon
Account Access: You retain full ownership of your Google Ads and Merchant Center accounts. We will never claim ownership or restrict your access to these accounts.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Logical Gecko shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
- Damages resulting from Google platform changes or policy enforcement
- Account suspensions due to policy violations beyond our control
- Third-party actions or services
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to us in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
No Guarantees: While we strive for optimal results, we do not guarantee specific performance metrics, ROI, or business outcomes. Advertising results vary based on numerous factors beyond our control.
Termination
By Client:
- You may terminate services with 30 days written notice
- Fees for the current billing period are non-refundable
- We will provide transition support and documentation
By Logical Gecko:
- We may terminate services immediately for non-payment
- We may terminate with 30 days notice for any reason
- We may terminate immediately for violations of these Terms
Upon Termination:
- All outstanding payments become immediately due
- Access permissions will be removed from your accounts
- You retain full ownership and access to all your accounts and data
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through our website at least 30 days before taking effect. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Additional Provisions
Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unsuccessful, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Sheridan County, Wyoming.
Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any service agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and Logical Gecko.
