Casa Bianca Living: Account Approved, Then Every Product Live
Casa Bianca Living sells tableware and table linen through a Shopify store. Its earlier Google Merchant Center (GMC) account had been suspended once products were uploaded. We set up a new account with consistent business details first, then added the catalog in stages. The account was approved on April 17, 2026, and every product was active on May 7.

Who Is Casa Bianca Living?
Casa Bianca Living (casabiancaliving.com) is a homeware store on Shopify built around the dinner table: cutlery, crockery, table linen, glassware, decorative pieces and candles. This project covered its United Kingdom market.
The store came to us with a Merchant Center suspension dating back to December 2025. An earlier account had been approved and then suspended once products were uploaded, so the owner wanted the catalog added without repeating that.

The problem
What Made This Setup Harder Than Usual?
Approval was only the first milestone. The earlier account had passed review and then been suspended when its products went in, so the catalog needed its own preparation.
- A suspension on record since December 2025. The history had to be understood before a new account went in for review.
- An earlier account that failed at the product stage. It worked until products were uploaded, then it was suspended.
- Business and support details to align. The footer, the contact details and the policy pages needed to say the same thing.
- Product titles and descriptions to check before the remaining listings went in.
- No single known trigger. The record does not show which signal caused the earlier suspension, so the work focused on what could be checked.
- The owner made the storefront edits. Our guidance had to be clear enough for the store's own team to apply.
The timeline
How Did the Rollout Run, Step by Step?
Account first, one product second, the full catalog last. Each step had to pass before the next one started.
Every date comes from our project record with the store, up to the handover on May 18, 2026.

It shows dated account and product milestones. Google Ads support was separate from the Merchant Center work here, and these results do not show ad performance, sales or the account's status today. Google makes every review decision.
Key lessons
What Can Other Stores Learn From This?
Three points from a setup where the product stage was the risk. Our Merchant Center setup guide covers the order Google reviews things in.
Treat account and catalog as two stages
The account passed review on April 17 and one product on April 18. The rest of the catalog waited until its content was checked.
Fix the details the owner controls first
The owner updated the footer and the policy pages. Clear guidance let the store's own team make the edits before the account went in for review.
Keep Merchant Center and Ads results apart
An approved account says nothing about campaign results. Our guide to Google Ads vs Merchant Center misrepresentation explains why they are separate.
FAQ
Questions About This Result
How did Casa Bianca Living get its Merchant Center account approved?
We reviewed the account history and set up a new Merchant Center account once the store showed one consistent set of business and support details. The account was approved on April 17, 2026. One product went in first and was approved on April 18; the rest of the catalog followed after a product content check, and every product was active on May 7, 2026.
Was the original Merchant Center account reinstated?
No. This project got a new Merchant Center account approved, and the original account was not reinstated. It is not a recommendation to replace a suspended account: Google's circumventing systems policy covers new accounts opened to get around a suspension. Our circumventing systems guide explains it.
Why was the catalog added in stages?
An earlier account had been suspended once its products were uploaded. Adding one product first, then the full catalog after a content check, kept the account approval and the product rollout as separate, checkable steps.
Did the approval increase Casa Bianca Living's sales?
We have no verified sales, conversion or ad return figures for this project. The documented result is the dated account and product status.
Can you set up Merchant Center for my store?
Yes. Send us your store URL and any notice you have. We tell you whether we found anything that would block approval, with one or two of the issues explained, before anything goes in for review. See our Merchant Center setup and management service.
